Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at  Kingtoys.us Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
KingToys is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Lost or Missing Package after Delivery 

Please note that we always select signature required on all shipments, but it is then up to the discretion of the carrier and individual driver to obtain the signature. We are not responsible for stolen packages after they have been delivered to the recipient. If a carrier delivers the package to the destination, and has any type of Proof of Delivery, then it is deemed a successful delivery. After that, the item is considered the buyer’s property, even if they are not home and did not sign for the package. It is the buyer’s responsibility to protect the item from theft after delivery. 

We highly recommend tracking your package with the tracking information we provided and make arrangements with the shipping company to be present to receive your item.  

 

 

Extra Charges on Delivery: 

KingToys is not responsible for any extra expense after shipping and delivery. If the customer chooses to delay their delivery date with the carrier, the carrier may charge a storage fee. Also, an optional tailgate service is available on delivery with some carriers, and to some locations. These services can cost $30-$100, depending on the carrier. If you accept either of these services, an invoice will be issued to you 30-90 days after delivery.

KingToys Shipping Cost: 

KingToys offer free shipping across USA. This free shipping offer is dependent on package weight and size. KingToys is always using the best and fastest carrier option to your shipping destination. If the shipping rate is more than the normal average rate which we pay, then we will gladly cover the difference. However, if the difference exceeds 50% of the original average rate, then we will reach out to inform you of the shipping issue. We will do our best to reach a solution and deliver the item in the fastest possible time. 

 

Shipping Accommodation Requests:
