My son absolutely loves his truck!! Looks just like his dads. This truck is durable and looks sharpe! I would highly recommend it and also dealing with Sam so I could get it on time for my sons birthday was a delight. He went above and beyond to make it happen
I recently purchased the 2023 GMC Sierra 24V truck from KingToys. The truck stopped working (no power and wouldn’t turn on) so I contacted Customer Service at KingToys. The website provides a very straightforward process to setup a service call and I began working with Sam to resolve the issue. Sam was very thorough in stepping me through a process to troubleshoot the issue on a couple FaceTime calls to get to the root of the problem and to get the appropriate part to me to get the truck running. Needless to say my granddaughter is ecstatic once again. Without Sam’s diligent help and awesome knowledge of the truck we would not have a truck that’s running, Thank you to Sam and KINGTOYS for standing behind the products you sell with outstanding customer service. Going back to the purchase of the truck the sales team was also very helpful and friendly, I will definitely be making future purchases from KINGTOYS based upon my experience with the Sierra. And my Granddaughter says thank-you.
I purchased this GMC truck for my son's 5-year-old birthday and he is in love with it. I was able to go pick it up in two days and the whole process was pretty easy. Overall, the truck makes a very high-quality impression and makes me feel like it's worth the money. Assembling it wasn't a problem since the main body was already put together and all you have to do is attach the wheels and other accessories. I'm glad I shopped here and look forward to buying different toys here for my son in the future.
My first purchase of the GMC Denali was with Walmart it arrived with damage missing the battery and many other parts when I tried to return it to where I picked it up at Walmart they wouldn’t return it because they don’t return items online there so I left it with the customer service and said I expect my full refund which I did receive the next day it was over two months to get my order and I wasn’t gonna wait another two months for the next one. I found kings toys do you have a much better child’s electric car with more options at the same price and your customer service is excellent always answering my questions and Fulfilling my expectations.
This electric truck also came with a bit of damage on the taillight. I advise them immediately and they asked me to take pictures and send to them they sent me out the replacement parts without any questions asked. I would recommend getting stories and my next purchase is will also be through kings toys. Cheers Greg
