Recently purchased the 2023 XXL Dune Buggy for my daughters 2nd birthday, fantastic choice. This is an eye catcher within the neighborhood. Purchased the personalized plates, cherry on top. Had an issue with it over the weekend and submitted an email to King Toys, received a reply within two hours , on Sunday... Mother's Day. This is unheard of customer support. After one brief phone conversation, issue resolved. I was not expecting this level of service. Greatly appreciated KingToys. I will purchased again.

Not expected but greatly appreciated. One personal call from the team and issue has been resolved. Could not ask for more. Dune Buggy is great but the customer service is solid.
Our children love running around with the 24v 4x4 utv xl dune buggy. Great for grass or paved surfaces and two kids (our are 6 and 3) and they love cruising around together.
Was very easy to order and pick up. Able to reach someone on the phone as well which is always a huge plus.
Would highly recommend.
got this for my boy on christmas and had a small problem super fast and helpfull support, if and when i need another ride on will be going with king toys and also will be telling eveyone looking this is where to get it from
